Hola a todos.

Sé lo que están pensando luego de leer el título… es festivo y deberíamos descansar y quedarnos en casa, pedir comida y ver mala televisión. Y créanme que amo ese plan y deseo hacerlo con más frecuencia. Sin embargo, este festivo atravesado en la semana sirve de excusa para salir a pasear dentro de la ciudad y recorrer sus sitios interesantes sin que estén atestadas de gente, porque claro, estarán haciendo el plan casero.

Mi ciudad amanece un poco fría pero no está lloviendo y eso me anima a salir de casa y pensar que descansar también es cambiar de actividad. Aunque no haré un plan muy turístico, saldré a almorzar con amigos para charlar sobre nada importante y fortalecer los lazos con esta familia que escogimos.

Las fotos de hoy fueron tomadas en un parque ecológico cerca de Medellín con un look extraño que incluía trenzas boxeadoras a lo Kardashian, pero no tan sexy como ellas. El clima nos jugó una mala pasada porque estaba soleado cuando llegamos y por eso el atuendo era cómodo para caminar con jeans, tennis, chaqueta de jean y hasta un lindo sombrero.

Luego nos sorprendió un aguacero sin tener un sitio donde resguardarnos y tuvimos que acortar el trayecto, pero pudimos apreciar muchas delas especies de orquídeas que se producen en nuestro país y deleitarnos con su belleza.

Espero que disfruten las fotos y que salgan a pasear un rato antes de volver mañana a la rutina diaria.

Hello everyone.

I know what you are thinking… it is a holiday and we should rest and stay at home, ask for food and watch bad television. And believe me I love that plan and I want to do it more often. However, this holiday in the middle of the week is the best excuse to go for a walk in the city and visit its interesting sites without being crowded with people, because of course, they will be doing the home plan.

My city is a little cold today, but it is not raining and that encourages me to leave home and think that rest is also change of activity. Although I will not make a touristy plan, I will go out to lunch with friends to talk and strengthen ties with this family that we chose.

Today’s photos were taken in an ecological park near Medellin with a strange outfit that included Kardashian boxer braids, but not as sexy as them. The weather played a trick on us because it was sunny when we arrived and that’s why the outfit was comfortable to walk with jeans, tennis, jean jacket and even a nice hat.

Then we were surprised by a downpour without having a place take refuge and we had to shorten the trip, but we were able to appreciate many of the orchid species that are produced in our country and delight us with its beauty.
