Hola a todos.
Hemos finalizado un año más… algunos sueños se cumplieron y otros quizá tomen más tiempo; viajamos a lugares mágicos incluso desde casa; amamos y despedimos personas de nuestra vida; ganamos algunas batallas y perdimos otras, pero siempre aprendimos.

Estos últimos días del año buscamos reunirnos con quienes amamos: nuestra familia. Para llenarnos de sus abrazos y cerrar con ellos un capítulo más en el libro de la vida, recargando además energías para iniciar un nuevo año lleno de retos y sueños.

Yo viajé a mi casa materna, donde también llegaron primos, tíos, sobrinos y hermanas en diferentes días y por diferentes medios. Todos con el ánimo de recibir las primeras luces del 2018 juntos y llenos de alegría.

Estuvimos el fin de semana en la playa (en Coveñas), comimos, jugamos, disfrutamos del sol y del mar. Y como el destino era claramente caribeño, escogimos vestirnos con un estilo que llamamos Hawaiian Chic, que consiste en vestidos vaporosos, camisas con estampados de flores o palmeras y colores vibrantes. Creo que cada uno en su estilo único, se veía lindo y apropiado para la ocasión.

Regreso a casa inundada de su amor y su buena energía, y les deseo a todos un mágico año, no sin antes agradecerles por todo un año de apoyo, de leer las ideas que dejo aquí, de escribirme y alentarme a seguir adelante. GRACIAS y Feliz año nuevo!!!

Hello everyone.

We have finished another year … some dreams were fulfilled and others may take more time; We travel to magical places even from home; we love and said goodbye to some people in our lives; We won some battles and lost others, but we always learned.

These last days of the year, we seek to meet with those we love: our family. To fill us with their hugs and close with them another chapter in the book of life, also recharging energies to start a new year full of challenges and dreams.

I traveled to my mother’s house, where cousins, uncles, nephews and sisters also arrived on different days and by different transportations. All with the spirit of receiving the first lights of 2018 together and full of joy.

We spent the weekend at the beach (in Coveñas), we ate, we played, and we enjoyed the sun and the sea. And as the destination was clearly Caribbean, we chose to dress in a style we call Hawaiian Chic, which consists of flowing dresses, shirts with floral prints or palm trees and vibrant colors. I think everyone in their unique style, looked beautiful and appropriate for the occasion.

I return home inundated with their love and their good energy, and I wish everyone a magical year, but not before thanking you for a year of support, reading the ideas I left here, writing to me and encouraging me to keep going. THANK YOU and Happy New Year!!!
