Hola a todos.

Cuando leo revistas o blogs escritos en otros países con estaciones siempre escriben sobre cuánto ansían el verano, a pesar que luego lleguen a quejarse del calor abrasador, porque generalmente cuando el invierno es cruento, el verano también es extremo.

Como les he contado, en Colombia no tenemos estaciones, sólo épocas de lluvia y épocas de sequía, que ahora con la locura del clima no sabemos muy bien cuando llega cada una.

Una costumbre muy arraigada en el centro del país y sobre todo en Bogotá donde resido es trasladarse los fines de semana a ciudades cercanas con clima cálido para
disfrutar de días de sol, piscina y descanso.

Estas fotos fueron tomadas en una de esas salidas con la familia de mi novio, donde aprovecho para usar vestidos más ligeros y frescos como éste con escote campesino o llamado “off the shoulder” y un lindo detalle de decoración en rosas que aportan color y feminidad.

El sombrero y los lentes oscuros no pueden faltar para proteger el rostro y el cabello del sol, el cual opté por llevar con las trenzas de boxeadora o “bóxer braids” que son muy prácticas para viajar y sobre todo para estar en climas muy cálidos.

Finalmente combiné mi vestido con tennis ya que últimamente he sucumbido a esta tendencia, en rojo para combinar con el detalle del vestido. Aunque confieso que
después de las fotos me liberé de ellos, porque amo caminar descalza.

Espero que les gusten las fotos, y que donde sea que se encuentren estén disfrutando un poco de sol.

Hello everyone.

When I read magazines or blogs written in other countries, they always write about how much they love the summer, despite the fact that later they will be complaining of the heat.

As I have told you, in Colombia we do not have seasons, only rainy and dry periods, but now with the madness of the climate we do not know very well when each one arrives.

A tradition deeply rooted in the center of the country and especially in Bogotá where I live, is to travel on weekends to nearby cities with warm weather to enjoy days of Sun, swimming pool and relaxation.

These photos were taken in one of those trips with the family of my boyfriend, and was a good opportunity to wear light and fresh dresses as this with a beautiful detail in Roses that add color and femininity.

The hat and the sunglasses are necessary to protect the face and hair of the Sun, which I chose to take with boxer braids, which are very practical for travel to very warm climates.

Finally, I have combined my dress with tennis since that lately I have succumbed to this trend, in red to match with the detail of the dress. Although I confess that after the photos, I freed myself of them, because I love to walk barefoot.
