No sé si a ustedes les sucede como a mí, que compro prendas que creo que no van bien juntas y luego, me siento creativa mezclando  diversos patrones y estilos y el resultado es hermoso.

Por ejemplo en este outfit, jamás pensé que esta blusa de flores con fondo azul se vería tan bien con una falda roja, pero la verdad me ha gustado mucho y siento que me anima a jugar con la ropa e irle perdiendo el miedo a hacer combinaciones originales y un poco fuera de lo común.

Decidí dejar los zapatos en un tono neutro para darle protagonismo a la ropa y tampoco quería equivocarme y que al final todo el conjunto se viera mal   

Espero que se animen a salir de lo convencional y crear sus propias mezclas ganadoras como estas:

Hello everyone.

I don’t know if you as to me, buy clothing that you think that not go well together and then, I feel creative mixing different patterns and styles and the result is beautiful.

For example in this outfit, I never thought that this blouse of flowers with background in blue would be so well with a red skirt, and give me the encouraged to play with clothing and losing the fear to do original and out of common combinations.

I decided to wear shoes in a neutral tone to give prominence to the clothes and I did not want to go wrong either and in the end the whole set looked bad
I hope you dare to leave the conventional and create your own winning combinations.

Desde hace varios años reconocidos diseñadores a nivel mundial se han aliado con grandes cadenas de ropa para, a través de precios asequibles, llevar la moda a un consumidor más amplio.

Felizmente este concepto se ha venido llevando a cabo en Colombia y en esta oportunidad la diseñadora Olga Piedrahita, ha creado una colección cápsula para la marca Arkitect llena de prendas básicas en colores neutros, pero también estampados florales exclusivos.

Me sorprendió la alta calidad de las telas, porque aunque no soy experta se nota a simple vista y al tacto la suavidad y agradable textura éstas; y los diseños en sí mismos son hermosos, con mucho movimiento y con opciones para todas las edades, cuerpos y gustos.

De las muchas prendas que me encantaron, les comparto este outfit con falda en un tono café claro con una blusa muy femenina con estampados botánicos, que combiné con unos tacones nude y un saco color salmón para sobrellevar la época fría que vivimos en mi ciudad.

From several years recognized designers around the world have allied with large clothing brands in order to carry the fashion to massive consumers through affordable prices.

Happily this concept has come to Colombia and in this opportunity the designer Olga Piedrahita, has created a capsule collection for Arkitect, full of neutral color, but also exclusives prints.

I surprised for the high quality of the fabrics, because although I am not an expert, it  I can see and feel the softness and pleasant texture of them; and the designs are beautiful, with high movement and options for all ages and bodies.

I love the entire collection, and in this opportunity I share to you this outfit with skirt in a light brown with a very feminine blouse with botanical prints, which I combined with nude heels and a salmon cardigan for this cold afternoon.

Recuerdo que tuve una época después de mi adolescencia en la que seguía las tendencias de moda al pie de la letra, y en muchas ocasiones no sólo no me gustaba como me veía, sino que me sentía incómoda.

Con el tiempo aprendí a usar sólo aquello que me gustaba y que me sentaba bien, y sin apartarme de la moda, adaptar las tendencias a mi gusto.

Actualmente, los tenis blancos están en furor. Se llevan con todo: faldas, pantalones, vestidos, etc., y me gustaba mucho la posibilidad de estar cómoda pero fashion sin tacones.

Sin embargo, los tenis blancos y yo tenemos no somos muy amigos, y al día de hoy no he identificado muy bien la razón…. No sé si me recuerdan un poco al colegio, o porque siento que es muy difícil mantenerlos limpios.

Entonces, busqué la forma de adaptar la tendencia a mi estilo con tenis rojos!!! Desde que los ví me han encantado, y con ellos me siento a la moda, pero no como una copia.

Hello everyone.

I remember that I had a period after my teenage years that I followed fashion trends at the foot of the letter, and on many occasions not only I didn’t feel pretty, I felt uncomfortable.

With the time, I learned to use only clothes I liked and that I look well, and adapt the fashion trends to my taste.

Currently, white sneakers are in trend. Wearing them with skirts, trousers, dresses, etc., and I liked much the possibility of be comfortable but fashion without heels.

However, the white sneakers are not very friend of mine… I don’t know if they remember me the College, or because I feel that it is very difficult to keep them clean.

Then, I looked for the form of adapt the trend to my style with red tennis! With them I feel trendy, but not as a copy.

​Hola a tod@s! Hemos regresado de un puente festivo en tierras calurosas y la ciudad nos recibe con un poco de lluvia, sin embargo seguimos adelante con proyectos y sueños por
lograr cada día, y por eso les comparto un atuendo que usé recientemente aprovechando el desenfado que brindan los días de descanso.

Este vestido largo de flores es maravilloso porque se acomoda a todos los tipos de cuerpo y a casi todos los climas y eventos, y me encanta! Post vestido para la nueva estación  

Normalmente lo combino con zapatos abiertos o bailarinas, e incluso tacones para momentos más elegantes, pero en esta ocasión opté por unas Havaianas con la idea de salir a
caminar un poco sin mucho arreglo.

El sombrero panamá aporta estilo al atuendo y le da un look diferente, además que ayuda si es uno de esos días en los que el cabello está rebelde.

Para la noche si el plan cambia, pueden pensar en combinarlo con unas sandalias y un chal suave para el frío.

Hello everyone! We have returned from a holidays and the city welcomes us with a bit of rain, however we go forward with projects and dreams to achieve every day,
and I want to share with you an outfit that I used recently, taking advantage of the ease provided the days of rest.

This long floral dress is wonderful because it fits all body types and we can wear it in almost all weathers and events, and I love it! Post New Season Dress

Usually I combine it with open toe shoes or flats, and even high heels for most elegant moments, but this time I opted for a Havaianas with the idea of walk a
little without much makeup or accessories.

The Panama hat brings style to the outfit, gives a different look, and also that helps if is one of those days in which the hair is rebellious.

For the night if the plan changes, you may consider combining it with a pair of sandals and a soft shawl for the cold.

El fin de semana pasado disfruté de un domingo soleado caminando por el mercado de las pulgas y disfrutando calles antiguas un poco desoladas.

Para aprovechar el buen clima, vestí una blusa con los hombros descubiertos (“off the shoulder”) y este vestido con estampado tropical a modo de falda.

Me sentí a gusto al atreverme a darle otro uso a esta prenda y hacerla más versátil, gocé mi paseo y me enamoré un poco más de esta ciudad y sus bellos rincones.

Last weekend I enjoyed a sunny Sunday walking along the flea market and desolate streets.

To take advantage of the good weather, I dressed an “off the shoulder “blouse and a tropical dress as a skirt.

I felt funny giving it another use to this article and make it more versatile; I enjoyed my day and I fell in love little more with this city and its beautiful corners.
